Q: What is the order number (“CO” o “P-P”)?
A: This is the serial number found on the plant, its documents and electrical drawings. On each of the large plant units (dryer, mixing towers, etc) the order identification number, preceded by CO or P-P is written on a plate. If the plant has been modified over time, it shows the order number of the most recent retrofitting.
Q: What is retrofitting?
A: Retrofitting in the asphalt business is a word that encapsulates all the interventions that are made to upgrade older plants, to prolong their working life and enhance their performance.
New solutions are added to existing plants, modern technologies replace obsolete technologies and new life is given to older components parts so that they can still be used for asphalt production. For more information see our retrofitting page here.
Q: What does CET mean?
A: This means Central European Time, which corresponds to GMT+1 (standard time), GMT+2 (daylight saving time).
Q: How can I receive remote support for my plant?
A: To receive remote assistance your plant must be fitted with a support module and the connection must be ensured by cable or GSM.
Q: Is the programme for remote support supplied?
A: Remote support is provided on all the latest generation plants, produced after 2006. For more information contact our offices.
Q: What information is necessary before I send my request for spare parts?
A: You will need the following:
- CO or P-P number;
- Plant model;
- Spares catalogue reference (mechanical and electrical).
Q: How can I send a spare parts request?
A: Complete the spares request form.
Q: How can I have a spare parts catalogue?
A: Check if the documentation for your plant is already available on line, by checking the Spares Catalogue section, or request it from our offices by filling in the Spares Catalogue Request module.
Q: Are the catalogues the same for all plants?
A: No, each catalogue refers to each individual plant.
